1. Approval

By using any ASDI services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. These are the guidelines for using services on ASDI and for accessing privacy and personal information that apply at ASDI.

We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. We recommend that you regularly review this Privacy Policy for the latest updates to ensure you know and exercise management of your personal information.

2. Regulations related to information security

When using our services, you trust to provide us your information. We understand that this is a big responsibility and we work hard to protect your information and keep you in control.

Your privacy is important to ASDI: In the course of providing services to users whether as an individual customer or on behalf of an institutional customer, ASDI may be required to collect your personal information. This information is an important basis for us to provide the best service to our users, but we also recognize that we must use and preserve this information appropriately.

This term describes the types of personal information we may collect about users, the purposes for which the information will be used, the circumstances under which we may share the information, and the measures taken to protect the confidentiality of the user's personal information.

Source of Information: The personal information we collect about users is mainly from account registration or other forms and documents that users provide to ASDI during the transaction process. We also collect information about users' transactions and activities with ASDI in connection with the products and services offered by ASDI. In addition, depending on the products and services you request, ASDI may receive additional information about the user.

Finally, when providing services to users and strictly complying with all applicable laws and regulations, information may be collected about users indirectly from monitoring or by other ways. In these cases, the information is not continuously accessed, but the information may be used to meet compliance regulations or for security purposes.

3. Purpose of Information Collection

Uses of your personal information: We may use your personal information to:

• Administer, operate, support and manage your transactions and/or accounts with ASDI. This may include sharing information internally as well as disclosing it to third parties as described in the following four sections respectively.

• Communicate with the user or, if applicable, or the user's authorized person by post, telephone, email, fax, etc. regarding the transaction and/or account of the user.

• Provide users with information such as research, recommendations, or advice on products and services offered by ASDI;

• Support for ASDI's business activities, including risk assessment and management and regulatory compliance.

4. Information sharing

• If the user's transaction with ASDI terminates, ASDI will continue to process the user's personal information, to the extent we can, as described in this clause.

• Disclosure of personal information of users within ASDI: In order to provide efficient and reliable services and to improve the products and services provided to users, the personal information of users can be shared between departments of ASDI.

• Disclosure of your personal information to third parties: ASDI does not disclose users' personal information to third parties, unless the circumstances are described as in this clause. Disclosures to third parties may include sharing information with companies that are not affiliated but performing services that support a user's account or facilitate a user's transactions with ASDI, including third parties providing professional and legal advice to ASDI. Third parties receiving information require confidentiality of the information to the extent that they receive it and use the user's personal information only in the process of providing those services and only for the purposes of required by ASDI.

• We may also disclose your personal information at the request of the user, to protect the rights and interests of us and our business partners, or upon your consent. Finally, in some cases, the user's personal information may be disclosed to third parties as permitted by law or to comply with applicable laws and regulations; for example, when providing information requested by a court or authority or with organizations such as exchanges and clearing houses.

• ASDI will not sell users' personal information.

5. Safe transactions

• We design our system with your security and privacy in mind. We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission using encryption software and protocols. In addition, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards regarding the collection, storage and disclosure of our customers' personal information. Our privacy procedures mean that we may require verification of your identity before we disclose personal information to you. Our devices provide security features to protect them from unauthorized access and data loss. You can control these features and configure them based on your needs.

• We recommend protecting against unauthorized access to your passwords and computers, devices and applications. We recommend that you use a unique password for your ASDI account that cannot be used for other online accounts. Make sure to sign out when you're done using the shared computer.

6. Promotional Links

• Third-party advertisers and links to other websites: ASDI's services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and applications. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services. For more information about third-party advertising at ASDI, including interest-based advertising, please read our Notice-based advertising notice.

• Using third-party advertising services: We provide advertising companies with information that enables them to provide you with more useful and relevant ASDI advertisements and to measure their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you. Instead, we use advertising identifiers such as Cookies or other device identifiers. For example, if you've downloaded one of our apps, we'll share your ad identifier and data about that event so you don't get served ads to re-download the app . Some advertising companies also use this information to provide you with relevant advertising from other advertisers.

7. Terms of Use, Notice and Amendment

• This Privacy Policy shall be a part of and include the Terms of Use and other related policies.

• If you choose to use ASDI's services, your use and any privacy disputes are subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, dispute settlement and application of Vietnamese law. If you have any privacy concerns at ASDI, please contact us with a thorough description and we will try to resolve it.

• Our business is constantly changing and our Privacy Policy will also change. You should check our website regularly to see recent changes. Unless otherwise stated, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information we have about you and your account. However, we stand behind the promises we make and will never seriously change our policies and practices to make them less protective of the information our customers have collected in the past without the consent of the affected customer.
