ā¢ He currently serves as the Director of the Applied Technology Research Institute at CMC Corporation; Head of the Blockchain Lab at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology; and Chairman of the Vietnam Blockchain Union.
ā¢ Formerly a Brigadier General and Vice Chairman of the FinTech Committee at the Vietnam Banking Association, he has over 36 years of computer programming experience since 1986. He previously held positions as the Head of the Software Department at the Military Technical Automation Institute, Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Information Security, and Deputy Director of the Information Security Center (Cyber Command). He has also been active in national standardization for nearly 30 years.
ā¢ He is one of the early pioneers of antivirus software in Vietnam, having developed ABSDISK2 (1991) and VrKiller (1991). Since 2010, he has focused on deep research in cryptography, with over 20 publications domestically and internationally. ā¢ His research is concentrated on both academic and practical aspects of Blockchain, including applications like origin tracing and managing credentials through Blockchain. He is also engaged in other fields such as AI (Computer Vision, NLP), Big Data, and IoT.
ā¢ He is the creator of Vietkey software, a program used for typing Vietnamese characters and other languages. It was considered the most powerful Vietnamese character input software for Windows operating systems, supporting common character sets and Vietnamese typing styles, as well as the ability to input foreign characters such as French and Russian.
Assoc. Prof - Dr. Khoi Nguyen Viet - Strategic Advisor
ā¢ Associate Professor - Dr. Nguyen Viet Khoi is currently the Director of the Institute of Skills Education and Creative Intelligence and a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and International Business at Vietnam National University.
ā¢ He is an expert on global value chains, supply chains, and corporate governance strategies.
ā¢ He has taught and researched at Universities in the United States and Japan and is also the author and co-author of many valuable books.

Joe is an experienced investment specialist in technology across hardware, software, Consumer, and Internet public and Private Equity, servicing many of the world's top Traditional and Alternative Investment Managers for the last 20 years. He is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese and has established valuable networks in the global Family Office and Multi-Family sectors.
Ran Pan Asian Sales and was part of the Mizuho Global Senior Management Team; refocused the clients to fit the regional lending strengths. Since 2018, Joe has been a founding partner of Satsuma Capital, a boutique blockchain and alternative asset consultancy connecting East and West Multi-Family Office networks, focused on opportunities in sports esports, digital assets, and high-growth wellness verticals.
